Launch of Next Level DMC

The company is founded by Jeroen van Ark in 2021. Starting out as a brand new event agency with a bold vision. While the event industry is starting to gain traction again, the journey of NLDMC begins.

March 2021

Execution of first large multiday event

In September of 2021, Next Level DMC had the first production of a large multiple day event in Amsterdam. A mayor milestone, showing our serious capabilities in the industry.

September 2021

Worldwide climate conference

Jeroen worked on a project for the worldwide climate conference and was "awdddd" and inspired by the experience.

November 2021

New colleage Bonne Ten Kate

In March 2022, Bonne Ten Kate joined the Next Level DMC family. Early on, we agreed we wanted to work differently. Balancing responsibility with freedom is essential, which we baked in NLDMC's DNA. One way to relax; playing golf!

March 2022

Gala dinner for Rolls Royce

In May of 2022, Next Level DMC organized a beautiful gala dinner for Rolls Royce with 200 participants, as part of a 3 day conference in Amsterdam. Another milestone in a growing portfolio of successful events.

May 2022

Official partner of Unique Venues of Amsterdam

Next Level DMC becomes the first official DMC partner of Unique Venues of Amsterdam. A network of many astonishing venues with outspoken history, perfect for extraordinary events, meetings and dinners.

June 2022

Our First Intern

Nele Bruning started as the first intern, bringing the first female energy into Next Level DMC. At the end of the study year, she graduated and continued her journey of becoming a event professional.

September 2022

Events for Toyota Spain

In 2023, Next Level DMC organized four events for incentive groups from Toyota Spain. Working with an amazing team onsite, these events are another highlight the NLDMC portfolio.

May and June 2023

New colleague Nick Blok

Nick Blok joined as a new full-time Next Level DMC team member! Expanding our steadily growing team. Welcome on board Nick!

August 2023

Big conference for a tech-company

Next Level DMC supported with a large onsite team for a tech-company conference with 1000 participants in the PTA. For this event, we worked with one of the largest groups of professional hosts up-to that date.

November 2023

New intern Zoé

Zoé J Richards is joining the NLDMC team as a new intern in 2024. Within the first week, she is already attending onsite events with the rest of the team. After her semester she continued her professional career in the Antilles, with new found ambition inspired by NLDMC.

February 2024

The entire core team visits IMEX Frankfurt

For the first time, the whole core team of Next Level DMC visits IMEX Frankfurt. Representing ourselves as one of the leading DMCs in The Netherlands and Amsterdam.

May 2024

Zoey Payralbe joins the Next Level DMC team!

In June of 2024, the newest team member joins the Next Level DMC family: Zoey Payralbe. Starting with something that's becoming a bit of a tradition for new team members: Homemade BBQ spareribs!

The Meetings Space

The Meetings Space 2024 was organized in Amsterdam, and Next Level DMC was the local DMC to organise of the offsite activities and gala dinner. Another amazing opportunity to show the industry what NLDMC and Amsterdam have to offer.

Welcome to the team Mandy

Mandy Beemster joins the Next Level DMC team! Bringing tons of event experience with her. She worked together with Bonne and Jeroen at a previous company, so it feels like old friends coming back together.

January 2025

Zoey starts a new adventure

After being an amazing part of the NLDMC team, Zoey Payralbe starts a new adventure. We celebrated our collaboration and said goodbyes by completing an Escape Room with the whole team in (almost) record time.

Mandy Beemster is a dedicated project manager with a passion for showcasing the Netherlands as a premier destination. With an in-depth knowledge of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and beyond. Combining years of diverse event management expertise with a love for the local culture, Mandy takes pride in creating events that reflect the unique character of the Netherlands. Her enthusiasm and commitment make her a reliable partner for any project, big or small. Mandy’s approach is built on trust and collaboration, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. Known for her positivity and perfectionism, she transforms client goals into memorable, flawlessly executed experiences. Mandy takes pride in balancing both mindfullness and enjoying life to the fullest, therefore a perfect weekend includes any yoga or crossfit workout and beers at the local brown pub.

Bonne is an enthusiastic event professional with an unwavering drive to ensure client satisfaction. With a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, Bonne goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Tirelessly dedicated to every detail, Bonne will surprise you with his commitment until the client’s happiness is achieved. During his years of experience in the event industry, he has worked on countless projects. Determined from the first behind the scenes organizing – up until the broad smile on his face when executing events onsite. Bonne loves the outdoors. In his free time and during holidays he goes hiking through forests and climbing mountains, with a backpack, a tent, and his friends. He loves to do sports, enjoy delicious food, and he is always up for a good laugh.

Jeroen van Ark – Owner

Jeroen van Ark is an experienced and pragmatic professional who has a remarkable ability to alleviate stress from each project. Jeroen is very passionate about the events industry, with a particular talent for creating innovative ideas and programs from scratch. Outside of work, Jeroen likes to spend time with family, enjoying the simple pleasures of a backyard BBQ or a relaxed round of golf.
