“DMC” stands for Destination Management Company, a term used for a type of company that plans and manages events within a destination. DMCs plan events and trips using local insights. They save time by managing logistics, securing the right partners, and handling details. With strong local connections, they create unique experiences, reduce risks, and solve challenges. Clients benefit from customized, smooth experiences that match their needs and save time and effort.
From our Amsterdam-based office, we serve the whole of the Netherlands. We consistently operate in cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, and the Dutch coastal region, including Noordwijk. We also have experience supporting events in Belgium for day trips and multi-day programmes. In exceptional cases, we have supported events internationally across the EMEA region.
We mainly specialize in corporate groups ranging from 25 to 1,000 participants. Occasionally, we also support smaller or larger requests, with experience of up to 4,500 participants, depending on the timing, scope, and specific requirements of the project. Dutch cities such as Amsterdam offer a sweet spot for groups of around 200–400 participants due to hotel and venue capacities.
We work as a trusted local partner, acting as an extension of our clients’ teams. Our approach is based on clear communication, transparency, and honest advice, guiding clients in making the right decisions throughout the process. From initial planning to on-site execution, we focus on delivering well-organised events with strong attention to detail and a collaborative way of working.
We work best with a clear and structured briefing. This includes event objectives, preferred dates, estimated group size, budget range, initial ideas, and background information about the delegates. In line with our transparent way of working, it is valuable for us to understand the planning timeline and decision-making process around programme options, and whether there is a pitch between multiple agencies or destinations. Having this information upfront allows us to provide focused advice and move efficiently towards a well-defined proposal.
