Launch of Next Level DMC

The company is founded by Jeroen van Ark in 2021. Starting out as a brand new event agency with a bold vision. While the event industry is starting to gain traction again, the journey of NLDMC begins.

March 2021

Execution of first large multiday event

In September of 2021, Next Level DMC had the first production of a large multiple day event in Amsterdam.

September 2021

Worldwide climate conference

Jeroen worked on a project for the worldwide climate conference and was "awdddd" and inspired by the experience.

November 2021

New colleage Bonne Ten Kate

In March 2022, Bonne Ten Kate joined the Next Level DMC family and quite soon we decided we want to work in a different way. We all know how stressful the event industry can be and especially if you like your job and you feel responsible for all your clients and events taking place. It is as important to take your freedom as your responsibility. There should always be a balance between hard work and relaxing. Bonne played golf for the first time 3 weeks after joining NLDMC.

March 2022

Gala dinner for Rolls Royce

Organized a beautiful gala dinner for Rolls Royce with 200 participants.

May 2022

Official partner of Unique Venues of Amsterdam

Next Level DMC becomes the first official DMC partner of Unique Venues of Amsterdam. A network of many astonishing venues with outspoken history, perfect for extraordinary events, meetings and dinners.

June 2022

First Intern

Nele Bruning started as the first intern, bringing the first female energy into Next Level DMC.

September 2022

Events for Toyota Spain

Organized four events for incentive groups from Toyota Spain.

May and June 2023

New colleague Nick Blok

Nick Blok joined as a new full-time Next Level DMC team member! Expanding our steadily growing team.

August 2023

Big conference for a tech-company

Supported with a large onsite team for a tech-company conference with 1000 participants in the PTA.

November 2023

New intern Zoé

Zoé J Richards is joining the NLDMC team as a new intern in 2024. Within the first week, she is already attending onsite events with the rest of the team.

The entire core team visits IMEX Frankfurt

Zoëy’s passion lies in helping, working with, and entertaining people. From a young age, she has always been eager to bring creative ideas to life. Her professional background spans a wide array of diverse and varied work experiences. Alongside her dedication to events, she harbours a deep passion for wellness and holds the title of wellness professional. This passion aligns perfectly with her commitment to ensuring unforgettable and well-cared-for experiences. After successfully completing a degree in Human Resource Management, Zoëy realized that her true calling was in the events industry — a field she always knew deep down she belonged to. With a knack for seeing possibilities everywhere and a belief that nothing is too extraordinary, Zoëy is ready to elevate everything to the next level.

Bonne is an enthusiastic event professional with an unwavering drive to ensure client satisfaction. With a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, Bonne goes above and beyond to exceed expectations. Tirelessly dedicated to every detail, Bonne will surprise you with his commitment until the client’s happiness is achieved. During his years of experience in the event industry, he has worked on countless projects. Determined from the first behind the scenes organizing – up until the broad smile on his face when executing events onsite. Bonne loves the outdoors. In his free time and during holidays he goes hiking through forests and climbing mountains, with a backpack, a tent, and his friends. He loves to do sports, enjoy delicious food, and he is always up for a good laugh.

Jeroen van Ark – Owner

Jeroen van Ark is an experienced and pragmatic professional who has a remarkable ability to alleviate stress from each project. What sets Jeroen apart is his genuine care for each project, treating it as if it were his own. He consistently goes the extra mile, dedicating himself to making every aspect work seamlessly. Jeroen is very passionate about the events industry, with a particular talent for creating innovative ideas and programs from scratch. His approach is collaborative, aiming to inspire his team and peers to unleash their full potential. Outside of work, Jeroen likes to spend time with family, enjoying the simple pleasures of a backyard BBQ or a relaxed round of golf. His love for craft beers and gatherings with friends underscores his belief in creating memories while enjoying life.
