What We Delivered
For Infinigate’s Leadership Event, we partnered with Eventstorm to deliver a seamless two-day conference experience in Amsterdam. Hosted at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel, the programme combined productive plenary sessions in the ballroom with breakout meetings, a networking canal cruise through the city, and dedicated onsite support from our team. Together with DKB Audio Visual, we designed and produced a custom stage that gave the conference a professional, branded look while perfectly supporting the event content. Throughout the planning process and onsite delivery, our focus remained on smooth logistics, responsive communication and making every detail work effortlessly behind the scenes.

Final Words
This project showcased the value of close collaboration between Eventstorm, DKB Audio Visual and Next Level DMC. By combining creative production with detailed logistical planning and responsive onsite support, the event ran smoothly from the first planning meeting through to the final session.
