What We Delivered
Next Level DMC partnered with a Global Management Consulting and Technology Firm to support the delivery of their annual leadership meeting at Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin in Noordwijk. While the meeting content and agenda were fully managed by the client and their production partner, our focus was on everything around it that shapes how an event feels for guests.
Our scope covered airport arrivals at Schiphol, on-site hosts, transport, décor, entertainment and a wide range of carefully selected enhancement activities throughout the program. From the very first touchpoint at the airport, we ensured a smooth and welcoming arrival. Clear signage, well-briefed hosts and real-time coordination created a calm and structured start, even with guests arriving across different time slots.
During the welcome evening, subtle Dutch elements were integrated in a way that felt natural and stylish. Live clog making, Delft blue accents with orange tulips and roaming live music added character without turning it into a theme night. We worked on it remaining elegant, but with a clear sense of place, as smartly requested by the client.
Enhancement activities were selected to add depth rather than volume. A candle-making workshop for early arrivals created a more personal start to the programme, while interactive elements across the days gave guests something to engage with beyond the meeting setting.
The activity afternoon was designed to offer choice and flexibility. Whether guests joined a team-based challenge (Build a Bike or Escaperoom boxes) , a cultural visit (The Louwman Museum) or a more relaxed session (Onsite yoga), the focus was on creating a different energy and allowing natural interaction between participants.
The programme built up towards a beachside closing evening at Breakers, where everything came together. Décor, lighting and entertainment created a setting that felt effortless, while the transition from dinner into a lively party happened gradually, without a clear break, but with a clear shift in energy.

Adding the Magic Touch
What really made this program stand out were the smaller moments in between, the ones that guests don’t always expect but remember afterwards. An intimate candle-making workshop for early arrivals set a surprisingly personal tone from the start, subtly linking scent, symbolism and the overall theme of “Bold Together”. During the welcome evening, subtle nods to Dutch culture appeared throughout the space, from live craftsmanship to small styling details. These touches were also shaped by the client asking the right questions on where to add value, making it a true collaboration.
At the beachside finale, the Delft blue tile became a true signature element of the event. Designed especially for this programme and aligned with the “Bold Together” theme, each guest received their own tile as a keepsake. At the same time, a live artist was present to create personalised illustrations in the same Delft blue style on the spot, adding a quiet but meaningful layer of interaction. It was a simple concept, but one that gave guests something tangible to take home, and something that clearly belonged to this specific event.

“What defines our approach is not just what is organised, but how it comes together.”
“This program reflects how we like to approach multi-day events. Not as a series of separate moments, but as one experience with a clear rhythm throughout.”

Final Words
From the very first conversations, it was clear this was the type of programme where collaboration really matters. A client looking for a partner, not just a supplier, and a concept with enough depth to build something meaningful together. These are the projects that genuinely energise us.
Bringing together a program like this, with a wide range of elements and over 20 suppliers on site, is where our role becomes most valuable. It allows the client to stay focused on their guests and content, while we ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and stays aligned.
By combining the right setting, a strong theme and attention to the details in between, we created a program that felt effortless for the guests, while everything behind the scenes was carefully managed and connected.
