What We Delivered
When the International Wrought Copper Council selected Amsterdam for its annual Joint Meeting, Next Level DMC was entrusted with creating a memorable social programme for more than 150 international delegates. While the conference itself took place at Hotel Okura, our team designed and managed every off-site experience, from exclusive dinners and transportation to partner programmes and hospitality coordination.

The event opened in true Amsterdam style with a private canal cruise from the hotel to the National Maritime Museum, where delegates enjoyed an elegant networking dinner accompanied by live DJ entertainment. The following day combined optional guided running and cycling tours with a spectacular afternoon aboard the traditional three-masted sailing ship Sanne Sophia, sailing from historic Muiden into the heart of Amsterdam. Alongside the delegate programme, accompanying partners discovered the city through exclusive walking tours, Gassan Diamonds, Zaanse Schans, the Anne Frank House and the STRAAT Museum. Every transfer, venue, host and activity was carefully coordinated by our onsite team, allowing the client to focus entirely on their delegates and conference.
Standout Feedback
“I cannot recommend NL DMC enough. Jeroen, Bonne and Nick are amazing to work with.”
“From the initial enquiry, to site inspections and to the event itself the team went above and beyond time and time again.”
“No request was too much, no idea too out there and all the little things in between. It was a real pleasure to work with NLDMC and we would definitely work with them again next time we are in Amsterdam.”
– Sian O’Brien, Conference Manager – International Wrought Copper Council
